π NEW 4-YEAR CYCLE OF THE U.S. STOCK MARKET
π According to the forecast from the post Mid-Term Cycle of the U.S. Stock Market dated May 3, 2024β¦
"Given the time structure of the previous cycle, the bottom of the current 4-year cycle may occur in 2024, or no later than early 2025."
β¦we are now in a new 4-year cycle of the U.S. stock market. Quote from the post on April 13, 2025:
"β οΈ As of Fridayβs close, the S&P and DJIA reached the initial target levels of 4900 and 38000 from my forecast. DJIA even touched the second target at 36000. This confirms a 20% correction as expected. Weβve got a weekly chart entry signal. The daily entry signal appeared on April 9. All signs point to the start of a new base cycle and, accordingly, a new 4-year cycle."
π The new 4-year cycle began on my April 7 extremum forecast, published in late 2024. The previous cycle lasted 61 months. While clearly extended, it stayed within the historical range. Reminder: every cycle starts bullish. Typically, a prolonged 4-year cycle is followed by a shorter one β meaning this new cycle may last around 3.5 years, ending in autumn 2028.
βοΈ Currently, the S&P 500 is attempting to break through the double top at the 6100 level, formed by my extremum forecasts on December 9 and January 29 (see weekly chart). The DJIA still lags well below its own double top, showing the familiar intermarket divergence. A long position was opened on the June 23 extremum forecast based on a technical signal. Major traders are holding longs from April 7.
βοΈ The markets have broken through the 2025 astrological pressure zone (June 16β23) from the crisis map. A decisive breakout above the December 9 / January 29 double top across all indices would push the forecast for a bear market reversal to February 2026. That period is also marked on the crisis map and represents the final phase of reversal aspects in the current 7-year crisis cycle.
β οΈ I expect the end of the 7-year cycle in autumn 2028, aligned with the bottom of the current 4-year cycle and the 18-year major cycle that began in 2009.
